laso88 is required by international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) regulations to verify the identity of all users. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we may request the following documents:
Your account will be marked as "Unverified" until KYC is complete. Unverified accounts may have restricted deposit limits and will not be able to withdraw funds. KYC verification typically takes 1-4 hours during business hours. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of registration may result in account suspension.

laso88 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. laso88 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (using another person's payment method) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and potential account closure.
Verified accounts may withdraw funds to their registered Indonesian bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal per day is Rp 100,000,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours. Withdrawals to unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC verification.
laso88 does not charge withdrawal fees for amounts exceeding Rp 100,000. Withdrawals below this threshold may incur a Rp 5,000 processing fee. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet that matches the name on your laso88 account.
To comply with AML regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in bets before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to a 5% administrative fee and will trigger enhanced due-diligence checks.
laso88 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements). The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 1,000,000 in bets before withdrawal is permitted.
Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms.
laso88 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event), and any other activity that exploits bonuses in bad faith. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds (deposits and winnings) may be forfeited.
Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are fully met. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds convert to real withdrawable balance.

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by laso88 and you receive confirmation (a bet slip or transaction record). laso88 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or violation of these Terms.
If an obvious error occurs (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed issues), laso88 reserves the right to void affected bets, correct the error, and refund stakes. You agree that you will not take advantage of obvious errors and will notify laso88 immediately if you notice such an error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

You may self-exclude from laso88 for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and any promotional communications will be stopped.

Users accessing laso88 from Indonesia acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use complies with Indonesian law. laso88 operates under international licensing and does not claim legal authorization under Indonesian domestic law.
You may close your laso88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you fail to do so within 30 days, we reserve the right to deduct an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month.
laso88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
